Change and Returns

At HYLA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy exchanges and returns.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • You may return most HYLA products within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • Products that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a return or may be subject to a restocking fee.


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team via email or phone (details below).

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide instructions on how to send the item back.


3. Exchange Options

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly offer an exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Once we receive the original item and confirm the issue, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defect or shipping damage.

  • For defective or incorrect orders, HYLA will cover return shipping.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidents.
